On the day when his ‘Aatanayakan’ hit the screens, Shakthi was ready for his next. His forthcoming film has been titled ‘Edho Seidhai Ennai’ and will be directed by newcomer J Elwin Pasar.

Produced by E Sakthi Sowndarya on 1017 AD Cinemas banner, the film will be a romantic entertainer, quite apt to the image of Shakthi. “At the same time, there will be other ingredients too,” sources say.

They add: “Edho Seidhai Ennai will be a colourful combination of romance, action and commercial elements. Besides, extra importance will be given to music. A hunt is on for heroine.”

What’s more, after ‘Edho Seidhai Ennai’, Shakthi is acting in another film titled ‘Kalla Sirippazhaga’. “I am now choosier while selecting scripts as I realise that I am in an important phase of my career,” he says.
